Zeitraum Prague Residence Building
The Zeitraum Prague Residence Building provides modern, comfortable housing for NC State students, supporting a safe and connected living experience while studying in Prague.
3D Tour Description
The 3D tour of the Zeitraum Prague Residence Building begins at the main entrance, where large glass doors open into a bright foyer. A secure keypad and intercom system are mounted on the exterior wall to manage building access. Inside, the marble floors and clear signage provide a professional and organized introduction to the facility.
Moving into the shared spaces, the building is designed for high-capacity student living. The communal kitchen features long rows of white cabinetry, dark grey countertops and multiple cooking stations equipped with microwaves and stovetops. To keep the space tidy, students use a wall of large, numbered lockers to store their personal kitchen supplies. Nearby, a social area contains a long sofa, beanbag chairs and a keyboard, offering a place for residents to gather.
The residential hallways are wide and well-lit, leading to a modern stainless-steel elevator and a central stairwell. Throughout these transition zones, bold wall graphics provide a clean, contemporary aesthetic. On the lower level, a dedicated laundry room houses professional front-loading washers and dryers, a utility sink and drying racks to handle daily chores efficiently.
The private living quarters are functional and minimalist. A typical room features wood-laminate flooring and a large window that lets in significant natural light. Each student has a dedicated workspace consisting of a white desk, a modern chair and a corkboard. Rooms are furnished with standard twin beds and standing fans for climate control. On the top floor, the rooms utilize the building’s architecture with slanted ceilings and skylights, and are equipped with portable air conditioning units.
Every living unit includes access to a modern bathroom. These spaces are finished with grey floor-to-ceiling tiles and include a glass-enclosed walk-in shower, a pedestal sink, and a wall-mounted radiator for towels. From the secure entry to the private desks, the building is structured to provide a practical and safe environment for students to focus on their studies while living in Prague.
