Bio
After earning his Ph.D. from Charles University in Prague, Václav worked as a postdoc at the Czech Academy of Sciences and the Yonsei University in Seoul. His early contributions to the analysis of differential equations corresponding to fluid mechanics were awarded The Czech Mathematical Society Prize for Young Researchers. In addition, he has been actively engaged in teaching, gaining valuable experience at four Czech universities and the African Institute for Mathematical Sciences in Cameroon. Currently, Václav continues his career as a researcher at the Mathematical Institute at the Czech Academy of Sciences while teaching mathematics at the University of Chemistry and Technology.
