Bio

Sylvie Boumová joins the NC State Prague team after five years as the Head of the International Relations Office at the Faculty of Arts, Charles University, overseeing more than 1,350 international student exchanges each year. She has worked at the National Institute for Education in the Department of International Relations and with top companies such as Hewlett Packard and Control System International. Sylvie possesses a Master’s degree from Charles University Faculty of Law, earned her Bachelor’s degree in Arts Management at Janáček Academy, and speaks English and French. In her free time, Sylvie enjoys traveling, dancing the Argentine tango, singing in a choir, and spending time outdoors.
