Learning Outcomes

The course aims to familiarize and practice four primary sections of drawing: technique, perspective, proportions and composition to express the emotional and mental relation to the seen reality.

During etching lessons, students try out a few basic intaglio techniques, many of which have not changed since the discovery and were used by artists such as Goya, Rembrandt, Degas, and Picasso.

A brief overview of the history of graphics, graphical techniques, and terminology orientation.

The choice of motifs and themes helps to shape aesthetic taste, to recognize artistic values, and to help with the orientation of contemporary art. By completing the course, students will gain experience using different artistic techniques whose mastery achieves free expression.
