As an entity of NC State University, the Prague Institute is open to all NC State students who are sophomores or above. In order to help ensure students are successful during their study abroad experience, student must be able to demonstrate they have been successful on-campus; therefore, students must:
- meet the 3.0 GPA requirement
- be in good-standing with the Office of Student Conduct
- meet the minimum eligibility policy set forth by the NC State Study Abroad Office
The NC State Prague Institute also welcomes non-NC-State students to apply. In its history, the Prague Institute has hosted students from institutions across North Carolina and the United States including: Ohio University, University of Idaho, University of Wisconsin, University of South Carolina, Montana State University, Purdue University, Appalachian State University, UNC-Chapel Hill, UNC-Willmington, UNC-Charlotte, UNC-Greensboro, University of Florida, Miami University-Ohio, South Dakota State University, High Point University, Ithica College, Meredith College, and many more.
